About Woden’s Blog
The ancestor god Woden was the chief deity of Anglo Saxon Britain. Woden’s dyke, a great fortified ditch, dug in that historic time, ran within a mile of my home and across the southern slopes of Bath, the English city of my childhood. There is no religious significance intended in using the name Woden, but “Woden’s Wisdom” will be posted each Woden’s Day—also known as Wednesday—health, software, and, of course, Woden permitting.
Recently we have been inundated with fans’ questions for the Spirit Masters, whose weekly answers have appeared since August 2007. It has not been feasible to give every fan a full answer, and so questions have piled up in a logjam.
Woden to the rescue! He graciously turned over his blog to help the Spirit Masters give brief answers to brief questions asked by fans in future. These will be published every few days in batches.
We do welcome your questions. Please access “Ask the Masters” which you will find on the right hand column. We only give the Masters questions that do not exceed 125 words and have a clear question. But they know who you are and their reply, though brief, will be personal to you.
We like to keep fans abreast of developments. You can sign up for our weekly newsletter on the Masters’ Messages page. The newsletter comes out on Woden’s-day, of course!
